It is an opportunity to prepare inwardly- emotionally, mentally, spiritually- for the journey of birth and the process of becoming a mother (again, or for the first time.) Gathering with a circle of your closest loved ones- often those women friends or family with whom you are especially close- we honor the sacredness of this rite of passage, and clear, align and strengthen you for the journey.
A Blessingway ceremony offers so much more than simply a celebration.
The journey of creating and activating a Blessingway ceremony is truly a transformational experience. Far from a formality, living ceremony is a vibrational catalyst: it is a vehicle for energetic transformation, activation and alignment- and a powerful support on the journey of inner awakening and joyful living.
WHAT IS LIVING CEREMONY?
“Blessingway” is a name for mother honoring ceremonies that comes from Native American lineages, and we gratefully borrow this language as it is so apt and beautiful- and because our modern culture is sadly lacking meaningful language to name or describe a sacred ceremony to honor a woman as she embarks upon the rite of passage that is birth. May it be used with respect and reverence.
