The Sacred Sound Awakening is experienced differently by each participant.
Lying in a comfortable posture on mats and cushions, each participant is invited to unravel all tensions and bask in the deep resonance of the Sacred Sounds. There is time for quiet integration at end of the session.

This 60-minute group call provides a sacred space to begin preparing for your Sacred Sound Awakening activation. You will learn a powerful tool for working with your own energy and emotions, and be guided on a journey to sow the seeds of your intentions for this experience. The group call is held on Zoom.

Private Practical Awakening Session
This is a private, 90-minute, 1:1 session with Rhiannon to support your integration of the Sacred Sound Awakening (typically 5-10 days after your experience). Creating sacred space together, in a ceremonial way we will work with your guides to support the release of old energies and the continued activation of your higher frequencies. We will tune in to those next steps which will support you in anchoring this profound shift in your life, in an embodied, practical way. Private session is held on Zoom.
