I work with Spirit.

Clients always laugh when I say, “I just do what they tell me." It sounds funny, but it's true. I listen for Divine Will, and I follow that guidance.

So when I received the “call" last spring to offer a new retreat perfectly attuned to the energies of this time, I was pleased and not at all surprised. After 2020, of course we all needed a retreat! What would it be like? What did Spirit have in store for us? I was excited to see what would come through.

I waited for further instructions.

And. . .

Crickets.

So, I let go. Little did I know, in the letting go to Life would arise an inner experience that would become the instructions. Working in collaboration with Spirit is interesting, to say the least.

I breathed deep into my belly. I sat with Grandmother Pine. I wandered down by the water, wrote in my journal, listened to the wind.

I received ceremony. I slept, cried, and slept some more. Crickets. . . became a lullaby.

An invitation. A teaching:

Slow down. Rest. Release. Restore. Recalibrate.

And now I extend this invitation to you.

Relaxation is a skill you can learn, and it is essential to wellbeing, strength, and thriving.

You are held in the arms of Divine Love.
